COACHING, FOUNDER PSYCHOLOGY
Tiffany Yeh
I think back to a lunch at a Japanese restaurant about ten minutes from our office, recommended by a VC colleague. A founder in the middle of a raise talked about burnout over bento. It had taken them two trips to A&E to realise they were pushing too hard.
That moment stuck with me — not because it was unusual, but because it wasn't.
I hold a Masters in Clinical Psychotherapy from King's College London and I'm trained in CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing — evidence-based approaches for how people actually change under pressure. Before that, I spent four years in Asia's startup ecosystem and built one of Taiwan's largest mental health podcasts.
What this means is that you don't need to worry about explaining startup language or challenges when we work together. At the same time, I'm not here to offer yet another piece of business advice. I help you navigate uncertainty, hold you accountable, and understand yourself more clearly, because at the end of the day, that's the biggest asset in your business.
Coaching means leveraging the lens through which you see the world and I hold up a mirror to help you see yours. It also means we're not processing your past but focusing on how you operate now, and on moving forward. I work with pre-seed to Series A founders, directly and through partnerships with VCs and accelerators.
